Web 2.0 has changed the way we use the internet. It is no longer just a consumable space where the user is there to read the content and then move on but has become a space to interact and create. The tools we use online have become a part of how we live. We do our banking, shopping, and communicating through the Internet. Not only has Web 2.0 become an essential tool in our everyday lives, but it is full of valuable tools we can use to create powerful instructional design to help our learners learn, retain, and use the information they need to be successful.
